Terms of Use

1. About Anamorpixs

Anamorpixs is a community platform for anamorphic and elevated photography enthusiasts, and for cinematographers sharing frames from their own films. By creating an account or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the platform.

3. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Anamorpixs. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide about your age is accurate. Accounts created by or used by anyone under 18 will be terminated immediately and without notice.

You may not use Anamorpixs if you are a convicted sex offender. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are not required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account found to violate this provision.

4. Content Guidelines & Ban Policy

Anamorpixs is a community for adult photographers and cinematographers. All content must meet the following standards:

• Boudoir photography is welcome in the Photography feed. Tasteful, artistic boudoir images — including implied nudity where the subject is clearly posed artistically and no explicit content is visible — are permitted, consistent with a PG-13 rating under MPA guidelines.
• No nudity or pornography of any kind. Images containing visible genitalia, exposed female nipples, sexual acts, or any sexually explicit content are strictly prohibited, regardless of artistic intent. This applies to all orientations and subjects.
• No graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery.
• No content that depicts or sexualizes minors in any way — this results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
• No hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Only upload photos you have the legal right to share. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their consent.
• Do not publish a location that reveals a private residence, a studio address without permission, or the whereabouts of a person who has not consented to being identified.
• Treat other members with respect. Do not use the platform to solicit sexual services, arrange in-person meetings for sexual purposes, or contact members who have asked you not to.

The Cinematography feed has additional, stricter content standards, described in the Cinematography Feed section. Those standards apply in addition to these guidelines.

5. Automated Review

Anamorpixs uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to review uploaded photos and may hold, flag, label, or remove content based on the results. These tools are not perfect, and a label such as “This image may contain AI” is an automated estimate, not a finding. We may also review content manually. 6. Cinematography Feed

Cinematography Content and Permission

The Cinematography feed is for stills from films and video productions. By posting a frame, poster, or film profile to the Cinematography feed, you represent and warrant that (1) you shot the frame, or you have written permission from the production company, director, and any other rights holder to share it; (2) sharing it does not breach any contract, non-disclosure agreement, distribution agreement, or embargo; and (3) the film information and credits you enter are accurate. You grant Anamorpixs LLC the same limited license to posters, frames, credits, and film profile information that you grant for other content you post, so that we can display them in the app.

Cinematography Content Standards

Regardless of a film's rating, release status, or festival history, you may not post frames, posters, or film profile images that show: (1) graphic gore or extreme horror imagery, including dismemberment, mutilation, graphic wounds, or realistic depictions of blood and bodily harm; (2) sexually explicit content or nudity, including any frame from a sex scene, whether real or simulated; or (3) gun violence, including a person being shot, a firearm pointed at or fired at a person, or any scene whose focus is shooting or armed violence. Choose frames that show the craft of the cinematography (light, composition, lens, and color) without relying on this kind of imagery. A film being lawfully released does not make a frame acceptable here. We may remove any content that we believe violates these standards, with or without notice, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who post it, including after a first violation.

People Shown and Credits

Frames may show actors, crew, or members of the public. You represent that you have any releases or permissions needed to share images of people who appear, and that you will not post frames that violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights. Film profiles let you name others, such as directors, assistant camera operators, and colorists. You represent that you have permission to name them. If a person named in a credit asks us to correct or remove their name, we may do so.

Posters, Logos, and Trademarks

Posters and frames may contain titles, logos, and trademarks owned by others. Those belong to their owners. Their appearance in Anamorpixs is not an endorsement, and Anamorpixs is not affiliated with any film, studio, or production company.

Unreleased Material and Spoilers

You are responsible for not posting unreleased, embargoed, or spoiler content that you are not authorized to share. Anamorpixs is a public platform and is not a secure or private screening service. If you answer "No" when asked whether the production grants permission to share a frame, the frame will not be published.

Rights-Holder Requests

Production companies, studios, and other rights holders may ask us to remove content through the Copyright Complaints (DMCA) process or by emailing anamorpixs@gmail.com. We may remove reported content immediately and, for repeat or serious violations, suspend or terminate the responsible account.

External Links

Film profiles may say where a title can be watched. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for outside websites or services.

Removing Content

You can edit or remove a frame you posted at any time. Removed content leaves the feeds, film profiles, and your profile, along with its comments, but copies may remain briefly in backups or caches.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share content that violates any law or these Terms.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with someone or something.
• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or another user's account.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the platform.
• Collect, compile, or store personal information about other members without their consent.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or disrupt the experience of other users.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

You may not misuse Anamorpixs' reporting, dispute, or appeals tools, including by submitting fraudulent, bad-faith, or groundless reports against other users or their content. Accounts found to be abusing these tools may be warned, suspended, or terminated at Anamorpixs' discretion.

You may not buy, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Anamorpixs account or username to another person, or solicit, collect, or use another user's login credentials. Accounts are personal to the individual who created them and may not be shared or transferred without Anamorpixs' written consent.

8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Anamorpixs LLC ("Anamorpixs," "we," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content posted on Anamorpixs infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement to us at anamorpixs@gmail.com. Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The specific URL or location within the app where the allegedly infringing material is located;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

If we removed your content in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Your counter-notice should include your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you live (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found).

9. Reporting & Moderation

Anamorpixs provides in-app tools that allow users to report photos, comments, or other content and accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards, including abusive, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content. You may also block other accounts to prevent further contact — blocked users cannot view or interact with your profile, and their content is hidden from your feeds.

Reported content is reviewed, and we may remove content, warn users, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. We aim to review reports in a timely manner, though response times may vary. You can contact us directly at anamorpixs@gmail.com at any time, including to report content that requires urgent attention.

If a photo of you was published without your consent, or if you are the parent or guardian of someone depicted, you may ask us to remove it by writing to anamorpixs@gmail.com with the location of the photo. We will review such requests and remove content where appropriate, regardless of who uploaded it.

Production companies, studios, and other rights holders may also ask us to remove cinematography content, as described in the Cinematography Feed section.

10. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account with others. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all content posted under your account.

11. Termination & Ban Policy

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms. Posting nudity, pornography, or content sexualizing minors results in an immediate permanent ban. Posting content that violates the Cinematography Content Standards may also result in immediate removal and suspension or termination of your account, including after a first violation. Other violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time through the app; upon deletion, all of your uploaded content will be removed from public view and your display license terminated.

12. Advertising & Sponsored Content

Anamorpixs may display sponsored content from brands and partners within the app. Sponsored content is always labeled as such. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, and sponsored content is not targeted to you based on your personal data. We are not responsible for the products, services, claims, or practices of any advertiser; tapping a sponsored item may take you to a third party's website, which is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy rather than ours.

13. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This license agreement is between you and Anamorpixs LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Anamorpixs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained it.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App — for example, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement while using the App.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• Any questions, complaints, or claims relating to the App should be directed to Anamorpixs at anamorpixs@gmail.com, not to Apple.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Anamorpixs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or reliable. We do not warrant that content posted by other members will comply with these Terms at all times.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anamorpixs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which is typically zero, as the platform is free).

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anamorpixs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Except as provided in the Dispute Resolution section below, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.

18. Dispute Resolution

Instead of using arbitration, you or we can bring claims in your local "small claims" court, if the rules of that court will allow it. If you don't bring your claims in small claims court (or if you or we appeal a small claims court judgment to a court of general jurisdiction), then the claims must be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. The American Arbitration Association will administer all arbitrations under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Anamorpixs LLC expressly waive a trial by jury.

19. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about Anamorpixs, you agree that we may use them for any purpose, including to improve the app, without any obligation to compensate you or keep them confidential.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the platform and delete your account.

21. Service Availability & Modifications

Anamorpixs is offered on an evolving, as-available basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform — including features, feeds, promotions, and sponsored content — at any time and without notice to you. We do not guarantee that the App, or any particular feature, will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or supported indefinitely. If we decide to shut the platform down, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in the App before accounts are closed.

22. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anamorpixs LLC concerning the App, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations on that subject.
